In a few weeks from now, we will witness the launch of the first IoT lab by CopperMobile in collaboration with its tech partner. An announcement which was made at the weekly friday showcase. The founder of the company summed up the showcase with the most important and exciting news which was:

- Both companies will be working together on a common focus for employees to explore, test and deploy new IoT solutions.

IoT surely has tremendous potential to drive change and economic value. “The IoT lab is part of a vision to become the number one player in the IoT market”. Our efforts are aimed at helping enterprises realise the potential of IoT and help them become future ready.
Witnessing IoT make headlines for its expected growth over the next decade, it will surely have a positive impact on the future of a number of key industries. According to a study, the global addressable market of IoT is estimated to be $1.3 trillion by 2019.
Most of my colleagues including me were inquisitive enough to do our own research and that’s when I found out that according to Gartner, “43% companies will plan to implement IoT this year” meaning that companies have started understanding the importance of IoT. Like the others, CopperMobile is also taking a positive step in the same direction.
The lab will be focused on enabling intelligent devices and end-to-end analytics to turn big data into actionable information. Allowing them to build, modify and architect new IoT solutions. In each case, it will enable organizations to improve everything from the way they operate to the way they interact with their customers.
The lab will be open for all designers, developers and managers to explore, learn and create products.
The new facility will be delivering a number of benefits to customers including:
